📌 E-commerce Content & Visual Specialist

Are you creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about online branding? Ellory London is looking for an E-commerce Content & Visual Specialist to help shape the visual and written identity of our brand.

Your responsibilities:

  • Creating and optimizing visual content for our webshop, including product visuals and banners

  • Writing and improving product descriptions and on-site content

  • Supporting marketing campaigns with creative visuals and content

  • Ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels

  • Collaborating with marketing and operations to improve conversion and user experience

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience with content creation, design, or e-commerce (experience in dropshipping is a plus)

  • Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software

  • Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and detail

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn

📌 Customer Support & Operations Assistant

Do you enjoy helping customers and keeping processes organized? We are looking for a Customer Support & Operations Assistant to ensure our customers receive excellent service from order to delivery.

Your responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries via email in a professional and friendly manner

  • Supporting order processing and shipment follow-ups

  • Assisting with returns, refunds, and general customer questions

  • Identifying recurring issues and helping improve internal processes

  • Acting as a link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to work accurately and independently

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce or willingness to learn

  • Organized and reliable work ethic
