Return Policy

At Ellory London, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return a product. This Return Policy explains the conditions and procedure clearly.


1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs or import fees.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all original labels, tags, and packaging.

  • Trying on an item is permitted; however, wearing the item beyond fitting is not allowed.

  • Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes or variations and returning part of the order are not accepted.


2. Return Process

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit your return request by emailing info@ellory-london.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which is located in China.

  3. The item must be returned entirely at your own expense, including shipping and any applicable customs duties or fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected, and provided it meets all return conditions:

  • The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase

Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Liability & Responsibility

  • Ellory London is not responsible for lost packages if tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, this remains the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any address corrections must be submitted within 24 hours after placing the order.
